There are two primary marketing strategies that I would recommend a property management company use. They are SEO/Content Marketing and Search Advertising.
Local SEO & Content Marketing
The first strategy I would employ is an inbound strategy. One of the best things you can try to do is to rank high in your area for property management via local SEO. That way whenever anyone organically searches for property management or to look for a property, your results display first. To get started with that, visit Moz Local (http://moz.com/local). The next step is to start a blog. Begin by posting education content outlining answers to commonly asked questions in your industry and region. The more you demonstrate that you are an expert, the greater the likelihood that they will trust you and do business with you. This will likely capture any inbound interest in property management or properties.
Search Advertising
The second strategy I would employ is an outbound strategy. This you could employ via Google Search using AdWords or on platforms like Facebook. It is very easy to advertise to very specific audiences using these methods. With this method, you can advertise either your specific properties or the blog posts you have written to answer frequently asked questions. One will put your product front and center while the other will put your expertise up front.
